Products
How are your linens cleaned?
All of our products are thoroughly cleaned after every use. Linens and towels are professionally laundered by a linen supply service that also provides services to hotels at the Jersey Shore.
What if I need something not listed in your services?
If you do not see what you are looking for, please let us know and we'll consider adding to our inventory.
How new are your rental items?
All of our rental items have been purchased new by Reax Concierge. When any damage or wear is noted, we immediately replace the product. Our gently used equipment is donated to Big Brothers and Big Sisters.

Is the check out process secure?
Yes, our shopping cart is secure. We use Go Daddy's shopping cart feature, SSL certificate embedded in our website. The bottom of each page includes Go Daddy Secured icon allowing you to click to verify security.
Where do you enter a coupon code?
Coupon codes are entered after items are selected, billing/shipping address is entered and delivery method is selected. This occurs before payment is entered.
Can I create a reservation on the website and provide payment over the phone?
Absolutely. Select "Reservation" during the check out process. Following submission, please give us a call at 609.601.5077 for payment.

Ordering
What methods of payments are accepted?
Relax accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation over 7 days from arrival will incur a credit card service charge of $15. Orders cancelled after that time period will be charged 50% of order.
Do you require a minimum order?
No. There are no minimum orders; however, a delivery fee of $15 will be applied to all orders.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
To ensure availability, we suggest you place your order as soon as your travel plans are confirmed or up to two weeks before your stay. Depending on availability, we can accommodate same day requests or requests that come up during your stay.
Do you offer discounts for multi week orders?
We sure do! Give us a call and we will provide you with a coupon code to use during the checkout process.

Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Relax Concierge provides products and services to vacationers at their residences, hotels, bed and breakfast, marinas and condos at the Jersey Shore. Please visit our Locations page to find out where we deliver. Please let us know if your location is not on the list and we'll see if we can accommodate.
When are deliveries and pickups scheduled?
Deliveries occur on Saturdays between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Deliveries to real estate agencies will occur in advance on Saturday arrivals and will be available for vacationer check-in on Saturday.
Is there a fee for deliveries?
A delivery fee of $15 will be applied to each orders to vacation rental homes. This fee includes pickup charge.
Do I need to be present for deliveries?
For linen and towel orders, we do not require customers to be at the delivery location at the time of delivery. If the customer is not at the location at the time of delivery, we will leave linens and towels outside the location in an appropriate place. This is typically at the front door of the rental location. If this is not an option, we will leave the items in the outdoor shower but will leave a note or call you to let you know where the items are located.
Upon receipt, please check our delivery to ensure that you received all of the items you ordered.

WHILE ON VACATION
Can I wash items while on vacation?
Linen and towel items can be washed while on vacation. Please follow the care instructions on the labels. Please remember to wash anything white separate from color items. If items are discolored upon return, we will charge for replacement items.
Towels: Wash colors separately. Do not iron. DO NOT USE BLEACH. If there is a stain, please either use Oxyclean or leave for our linen service to resolve. Do not wash our items with beach towels or colored items.
Linens: Wash using cold water on delicate cycle with a mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat. DO NOT USE BLEACH. If there is a stain, please either use oxyclean or leave for our linen service to resolve. Do not wash our items with beach towels or colored items.

DAY OF DEPARTURE
What do I need to do when checking out?
On the day of check out, double check your rental property for all delivered items. Place the container(s)with covers in the same location where order was dropped off no later than 9:00 AM.
If you ordered beach items, Please remove all sand, sunscreen, debris and make sure equipment is dry before return. A cleaning charge will be applied if beach items are returned dirty.
Do I need to clean the linens upon return?
Nope. We want to make your vacation as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. No need to clean items or fold them upon return.
