A Simple Yet Delicious Recipe While On Vacation

As you may already know, it is our goal to make vacations as relaxing as possible.  For some this may mean eating at restaurants all week.  For others, it means cooking for the whole at your vacation rental.

My mom recently sent me this recipe and I thought it would be perfect for our vacationers opting to dine in.

Lemon Pepper Shrimp Ingredients: 1 pound shrimp 1/4 cup butter 1 1/2 cloves of garlic 2 tbsp white wine 1/2 tsp lemon pepper  (located in the spice aisle) 1 tbsp yellow mustard 1/8 tsp red pepper

Directions: Melt butter over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Pour in the wine.  Season with mustard, lemon pepper and red pepper.  Add shrimp and cook for approximately 5 minutes.   That's it!!!

This serves 2-3. Make sure to adjust ingredients based on # of servings. We like to serve it with rice or bow tie noodles and a green vegetable.
