HOMEOWNER PACKAGE OPTIONS

SEASONAL SERVICE
We offer a 15 % discount and free delivery with a minimum of 5 orders per address. Payments can be made by check or credit card. Payments are processed one-week before delivery or paid in advance for part/full season. 

We will a create a linen quote (based on beds and average occupancy) to accommodate your property. Reservations will be made for each week of your guests stay. We will deliver on the arrival date in clear plastic bins with lids and leave at the entrance. At the end of the guest stay, we will pickup used linens in the provided bins in the same location they were delivered.  There is no need to be present for pickup. There is no need to have tenants clean linens. Please provide clear instructions with homeowner leases identifying what linen items were rented and requiring all items (including anything unused) to be placed outside entrance for pickup.

All reservations will be created and emailed to homeowner/management company for review.

If linens are needed earlier than our typical arrival times, we can arrange for an early delivery typically a day in advance should cleaners need linens at a specific time. 



GUEST :
We can save house configuration for guests contacting us directly to book their stay. We can contact guest on behalf of owner when owner provides basic reservation details including dates of stay. 

REFERRAL


If the owner prefers to have guests reserve on linens on their own, owners can simply refer the tenants directly to us by providing tenants with our contact details on lease or website. A coupon code can be provided per property for referring our services. Coupon code is to be used for free delivery. Coupon code can be tracked for owner if interested in future seasonal packages.
